Shipping Policy

This policy states the delivery charge and estimated timing that apply to orders placed through the Nairobi Office Hub website.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to customer addresses across Kenya. Showroom pickup is also available from Red Commercial Complex, Cabanas, Mombasa Road, 1st Floor, Wing A, Nairobi 00100, Kenya.

Order Cut-off and Handling

Our order cut-off is 6:00 PM East Africa Time (Nairobi). Orders are handled Monday to Saturday. The normal handling time is 0 to 1 business day before an order is handed over for delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Transit normally takes 0 to 3 business days after handling. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 0 to 4 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday; Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. We will contact you if stock availability, traffic, weather, access restrictions, or a carrier disruption is likely to delay your order.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of KES 1,000 per order for delivery addresses within Kenya. The charge is displayed in the cart and checkout and is included in the order total before payment. Showroom pickup is free.

Assembly

Assembly is a separate optional service and is not included in the KES 1,000 delivery charge unless it is explicitly listed in your order or written quotation.

On Delivery

Please check the item count and condition before our team leaves, or at the point a courier hands over. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photographs and we will repair or replace the item at our cost.

You will receive an update when your order is dispatched. You can also check progress on our track order page using your order number, or call the showroom.
