What we are
An office furniture retailer with a physical floor
Nairobi Office Hub sells office furniture from a showroom on the first floor of Red Commercial Complex, Mombasa Road. Everything we list falls into five areas: office chairs, desks and workstations, meeting and boardroom, reception and lounge, and storage and filing. That is the whole business — we do not drift into unrelated categories to pad the catalogue.
Most of our work is fitting out a specific room for a specific team: eight desks into an awkward L-shaped floor, a boardroom table that leaves enough clearance behind the chairs, filing that fits under an existing counter. Measurements matter more than adjectives, so our listings lead with dimensions, materials and load ratings.
We would rather sell you one chair that suits the person who sits in it eight hours a day than four that get replaced within a year. If a cheaper item in the showroom is the better fit for what you described, we will point at it.

Visit Red Commercial Complex to compare available display pieces. Call first if you need to inspect a particular model.

Get a written quote
Ask for a written breakdown of the item, quantity, unit price and any delivery or assembly charge before you approve the order.

Confirm fulfilment
Delivery timing, destination charges and any assembly option are confirmed for the specific order before payment.

- Is everything on the site in stock?
- No, and we say so on the product page. Some ranges are held in the showroom, others are ordered in. Where an item is not on the floor, the listing gives the lead time rather than pretending it ships tomorrow.
- Do you manufacture the furniture?
- No. We are a retailer. We source from manufacturers and importers, inspect what arrives, and sell it with the warranty the manufacturer provides. We do not claim other people's workshops as our own.
- Can you match a price you have seen elsewhere?
- Sometimes, on quantity. Tell us the item and the quote you are comparing against and we will give you a straight yes or no rather than a runaround.
- What happens if a chair fails?
- Warranty terms differ by product and are stated on each listing and in our warranty policy. Bring it back to the showroom or call us and we will arrange collection for anything under cover.
