  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not include delivery or assembly fees unless explicitly stated.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Payment: Payment is collected upon delivery or at the time of in-store pickup, as detailed in our Payment Policy (unless otherwise agreed for custom or bulk orders requiring a deposit).

  • Accepted Methods: We accept payment via M-Pesa and Cash on Delivery or Pickup, as detailed in our Payment Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery All shipping and deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Standard delivery is a “drop-off” service and does not include assembly or carrying items into specific rooms.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours in accordance with our policies.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Assembly

  • Returns: Our return process, including the 14-day eligibility period and 15% restocking fee, is strictly governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, customized items, and specific hygienic goods are not eligible for return.

  • Assembly: Most items are delivered flat-packed. Assembly is the responsibility of the customer unless a separate assembly service has been arranged.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including but not limited to the “Nairobi Office Hub” name, logo, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Nairobi Office Hub or its suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nairobi Office Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Site or from the purchase or use of our products.
