Conditions for Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. To qualify, please ensure:

Exchanges We accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, please contact us within the 14-day window. The item must meet the return conditions above.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Goods that, by nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or have expired.
Goods that are unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.

Restocking Fees A restocking fee of 15% of the product price applies to returns of non-defective items that are returned in used condition or without original packaging. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. Only regular-priced goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless applicable law states otherwise.
Returning Goods (In-Store & Shipping) You can return items in store directly at our physical location, or ship them back to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs and risks associated with returning goods via courier to:
