1. Introduction This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure your office furniture arrives safely and efficiently. We offer delivery across Kenya and convenient in-store pickup.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (East Africa Time)

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday – Saturday), excluding public holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for shipment or pickup.
3. Transit Time & Delivery

Transit Time: Delivery takes between 0 to 4 business days (Monday – Saturday) after the handling period.

This transit time applies to all destinations within Kenya.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, if available from our courier partner.
4. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders to all destinations within Kenya. There are no calculated fees at checkout.

In-Store Pickup: Always free.
5. In-Store Pickup Option

You can collect your order directly from our showroom at: Red Commercial Complex (Opp. Ramtons), Mombasa Road, Nairobi, Kenya.

Please wait for a “Ready for Pickup” email notification before coming to the store.

Pickup Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID for collection.
6. Delivery Process & Assembly

Standard Delivery: Our free delivery service is a “drop-off” service to your ground-floor entrance.

Customer Responsibility: An adult must be present at the scheduled time to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery.

Assembly: Most of our furniture is delivered flat-packed to ensure safe transit. Assembly instructions are included. Assembly services are not included in the free delivery but can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us to inquire.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

CRITICAL: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the item, please note it with the delivery driver and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email photos of the damage or defect to nairobiofficehub@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
