1. Introduction Thank you for shopping with Nairobi Office Hub. This policy outlines the payment methods we currently accept for our products and services. Our goal is to make your purchase experience straightforward and transparent.

2. Accepted Payment Methods To ensure a secure and satisfying shopping experience, we currently operate on a “Payment on Delivery / Payment on Pickup” model.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) When you place an order for delivery, you do not need to pay upfront on the website. Payment is collected in full only when your order is delivered to your location. Upon delivery, you may pay our delivery personnel using:

    • M-Pesa (Our Till/PayBill number will be provided by the driver)

    • Cash

  • In-Store Payment (Pickup Orders) If you select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, you can pay for your order directly at our showroom when you collect your items. We accept the following methods in-store:

    • M-Pesa

    • Cash

    • Location: Red Commercial Complex (Opp. Ramtons), Mombasa Road, Nairobi, Kenya.

    • Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

3. Payment Security Because we collect payment upon delivery or pickup, you are not required to enter any sensitive credit card or banking information on our website during checkout.

4. Payment Terms

  • Order Processing: Your order will be processed and scheduled for delivery or pickup immediately after checkout. No upfront payment is required for standard orders.

  • Special & Bulk Orders: For custom-made items or large-volume corporate orders, we may require a deposit prior to production. This will be arranged directly with you via a custom quote and invoice, separate from the standard online checkout process.

5. Currency All prices listed on our website are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
