• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
• Payment: Payment must be made in full before an order is processed for dispatch, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., for custom or bulk orders requiring a deposit). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
• Accepted Methods: We accept payment via M-Pesa, Credit/Debit Cards, and Direct Bank Transfer (EFT), as detailed in our Payment Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery All shipping and deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy.

• Standard delivery is a “drop-off” service and does not include assembly or carrying items into specific rooms.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for inspecting all items upon delivery. Any damage must be reported in accordance with our policies.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Assembly

• Returns: Our return process, including the 30-day eligibility period and 15% restocking fee, is detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, assembled items, and final sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.
• Assembly: Most items are delivered flat-packed. Assembly is the responsibility of the customer unless a separate assembly service has been purchased.

Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including but not limited to the “Nairobi Office Hub” name, logo, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Nairobi Office Hub or its suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
